Effective date: July 14, 2026Operated by Elevate Arts, LLC
Elevate Arts, LLC (“Proxigenta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making the proxigenta website (www.proxigenta.com), web application (app.proxigenta.com), and related software usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe digital products should be accessible, and we are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of the Service.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
proxigenta is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the Service may not yet fully meet the standard. Because proxigenta is an evolving, early-access product, we are continuing to identify and address accessibility gaps as we develop it.
This statement applies to the public proxigenta website, including its help center, the proxigenta web application used to manage your account, contacts, messages, and settings (including when installed as an app on a phone or desktop), the emails the Service sends, and the hosted consent-confirmation and unsubscribe pages those emails link to, and the optional public status pages users can share. The proxigenta desktop agent is a small macOS menu-bar utility; it relies on the accessibility features built into macOS, such as VoiceOver and keyboard navigation, for interaction with its menu.
To support accessibility, we aim to:
The Service is designed to work with recent versions of major web browsers (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) used together with current assistive technologies, including screen readers and operating-system accessibility features. The Service may not be fully compatible with older browsers or discontinued assistive technologies.
Accessibility of the Service relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technologies you use: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA where appropriate. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards described above.
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain, and we are working to resolve them. As an early-access product, certain components or pages may not yet be fully optimized for every assistive technology, some interactive controls may lack complete labeling, and third-party content or services integrated into the Service may not fully meet our accessibility goals. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know using the contact details below.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of proxigenta. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information or assistance in an alternative format, please contact us and we will do our best to help and will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

When contacting us, it helps to include the page or feature where you experienced the issue, a description of the problem, and the browser, device, and assistive technology you were using.
proxigenta assesses the accessibility of the Service through internal self-evaluation against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. We expect to supplement this with additional review, including testing with assistive technologies and, where appropriate, third-party evaluation, as the product matures.
We will review and update this Accessibility Statement as we make changes to the Service and improve its accessibility. The effective date above indicates when this statement was last updated.
