What proxigenta does

Proxigenta watches one thing: whether your device is reachable. When your internet drops, it tells the people counting on you that it is a connectivity outage, not you going silent. No surveillance, no activity tracking; just presence, absence, and calm communication.

How it works

Your Mac checks in every 5 minutes through a small menu bar agent.
Silence past your threshold triggers a check-in email and push to you first, with a one-tap “I'm online” link.
If you don't respond, your confirmed contacts are alerted in tiers you control, with messages written in your voice.
When you're back, everyone who was alerted gets the all-clear automatically.

What makes it different

Consent first: contacts confirm before they can ever be alerted, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Context aware: sleep and battery signals, online hours, calendar awareness, and ghost mode keep false alarms rare.
Regionally informed: with a region set, our event and outage monitoring can note when your outage looks like part of a major or regional event.
Fails safe: whenever proxigenta is unsure, it errs toward telling someone. A missed real outage is the one failure that matters.
