The public status page

An optional shareable page showing exactly one thing: outage detected or not. Never your schedule, activity, or location.

The public status page is an optional, shareable link that shows exactly one bit of information: whether an outage is currently detected for you. Green means no outage detected; red means outage, with the start time.

The public status page in both states: a green dot with No outage detected, and a red dot with Outage detected and a since time
Both states of the page your contacts can check.

Deliberate design limits:

  • It never shows your schedule, last-seen times, activity patterns, device names, or location. A green page must not leak when you are at your desk.
  • The link is a long random URL. Share it with whoever needs it; regenerate it anytime to retire the old link everywhere at once.
  • When enabled, alert emails include the link automatically, and you can place it in templates with the {status_url} variable, so contacts can check your status anytime instead of emailing you.

Turn it on, copy the link, or regenerate it in Integrations.
