Download your data

One click exports everything proxigenta holds about your account as a JSON file: profile, settings, messages, contacts, devices, and activity.

Account, then Download my data gives you a single JSON file containing everything proxigenta holds about your account: profile, settings, message templates, contacts and their statuses, devices, and recent activity history.

Use it for your own records, to inspect exactly what the service knows, or before requesting deletion. The export reflects the moment you click; there is no waiting period.

Worth restating what will NOT be in the export, because it was never collected: your precise location (only the optional rough region, if you set one), calendar titles or attendees (only busy blocks, if you enabled sharing), and nothing at all about what you do on your device. The export is honest because the collection is minimal.

Deleting is self-serve too: Account, then Delete my account permanently erases your account, devices, contacts, and history. Monitoring stops immediately and it cannot be undone, so download your data first if you want a record.
